Reviews and follow-ups
Online suitability and outcomes vary by child, family participation, consistency and the goals identified at consultation.
Before you book
Parent coaching, home routines, communication practice, progress review and coordination with an existing local therapist.
Current reports, school feedback, the main concerns and—only when requested and consented to—short videos of relevant routines.
The professional speaks with the parent, observes natural activity where useful, demonstrates strategies and agrees practical next actions.
The professional, appointment length, fee, time zone and video-call instructions are confirmed through the booking process.
Hands-on motor, feeding, safety or complex developmental concerns may require an in-person or local clinical assessment.
Use the secure booking pathway for reports and personal details. Do not send sensitive clinical information through public comments or social media.
We first understand your child's needs, daily routines and current support before recommending what can be guided online.
Strategies are designed around meals, play, communication, schoolwork and transitions—not an idealised therapy setup.
The therapist demonstrates, observes and adjusts while parents learn why each activity matters and how to use it safely.
OT, speech, learning and parent-guidance inputs can be coordinated when your child's plan needs more than one perspective.
🗓️ Your journey
A structured, transparent journey from consultation to confident action.
We discuss your concerns, your child's history, routines, existing reports and the support already in place.
DARC identifies what can be supported online and explains clearly if an in-person assessment would be more appropriate.
You receive practical priorities, demonstrations and activities shaped around your family's everyday environment.
Progress is reviewed through parent observations and videos where suitable, with next steps adjusted over time.
🔍 What we can support
The exact plan depends on assessment. Online guidance may involve one discipline or coordinated inputs from DARC's wider team.
Parent coaching and therapy direction
Communication and interaction strategies
Sensory regulation and daily routines
Play, attention and participation
Home programme review
School-readiness and learning support
Follow-up after an in-person assessment
Coordination with your local therapist
Some developmental needs cannot be assessed reliably through a screen. DARC does not force an online format when a hands-on assessment, local therapist or centre visit would serve your child better.
What a session feels like
A stable video call and enough space to observe a familiar routine are usually all you need.
Children can play and move naturally while the therapist guides the parent.
Parents leave knowing what to try, what to observe and when to review.

Depending on your child's needs, guidance may include occupational therapy, speech-language, special education and parent-coaching perspectives. The plan stays coordinated instead of becoming a collection of disconnected online activities.
“The goal is not more screen time. It is to help parents understand what to do in real moments at home.”DARC Clinical Team

Connected care
Your consultation helps identify which professional input is useful and whether online, local or in-centre support is the best next step.
❓ Common Questions
No. Online guidance is primarily parent-led and home-based. It can be highly useful for coaching, routines, communication strategies and progress reviews, but some children need hands-on assessment or in-centre therapy. DARC will explain which option is appropriate.
Not always. Many sessions focus on guiding the parent while the therapist observes natural play or routines. The format is adapted to the child's age, attention and comfort.
Yes. DARC supports families across India and internationally. Available timings and the most suitable professional are confirmed during booking.
Keep any recent reports, therapy notes, school feedback and a short list of your main concerns ready. The team may also request brief routine videos where appropriate and with your consent.
Frequency depends on the child's profile, family goals and whether local therapy is already in place. A recommendation is made only after the initial consultation.
