Please read these terms carefully before booking a consultation or using services at DARC.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing darcglobal.com or booking a consultation at DARC – Dr. Aaditya's Rehab Centre, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, parents, guardians, and clients of DARC.

2. Our Services

DARC provides paediatric therapy services including occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, sensory integration therapy, behavioural therapy, special education, physiotherapy, and parent coaching at our centres in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

A consultation is the starting point for all new families. Therapy services are recommended only after a consultation in which the DARC team understands the child's needs.

DARC does not provide emergency medical services. If your child requires urgent medical attention, please contact a hospital or call emergency services immediately.

3. Consultations and Appointments

Booking — Consultation requests submitted through the website are reviewed by the DARC team. Confirmation is sent via WhatsApp within 24 hours. A booking is confirmed only when you receive this confirmation.

Consultation payment details — Applicable consultation payment details are shown or communicated during the booking process. Therapy package pricing is not displayed publicly because therapy direction is assessment-led.

Online payments — The website may provide UPI or WhatsApp payment links for convenience. A payment link opening on your device does not by itself confirm the appointment. DARC confirms a booking only after the payment is verified and the appointment slot is confirmed by DARC admin through WhatsApp.

Payment references — Parents/guardians may be asked to share a UPI transaction reference or payment screenshot. Please share only the transaction details needed for verification and avoid sharing unnecessary bank account information.

Cancellations — If you need to cancel or request a reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible via WhatsApp (+91 80151 52682). Rescheduling is subject to slot availability and DARC confirmation.

Late arrivals — If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or rescheduled at DARC's discretion.

4. Therapy Services

No guarantee of outcomes — DARC does not guarantee specific therapy outcomes. Every child responds differently to intervention, and progress depends on the child's individual profile, consistency of attendance, home practice, and many other factors. Any progress described on this website reflects real family experiences and does not represent a promise of the same outcome for your child.

Therapy plans — Therapy direction, frequency, and goals are set following consultation and are reviewed monthly. Plans may be adjusted as the child develops.

Consent for treatment — By booking and attending therapy sessions, you consent to your child receiving the agreed therapy services. Specific invasive procedures, if any, will require separate written consent.

Photography and media — DARC may photograph or video therapy activities for documentation or educational purposes. Separate written consent is required for any public use of images or videos.

5. Fees and Payments

Therapy session fees are communicated at the time of onboarding and reviewed periodically. DARC will provide reasonable notice of any fee changes.

Payments are due as agreed at the time of enrolment. Overdue accounts may result in sessions being paused until payment is brought up to date.

DARC may display UPI IDs, Google Pay numbers, or WhatsApp payment instructions on the website. Parents are responsible for checking the payee details before completing payment. DARC is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect UPI ID, wrong number, or third-party account.

No-refund policy — Consultation and booking payments made to DARC are non-refundable once completed. This includes missed appointments, change of mind, delayed attendance, and failure to complete a parent booking step after payment.

Where DARC cannot provide the paid consultation or a payment error, duplicate payment, or legal requirement must be reviewed, DARC may verify the transaction and decide the appropriate correction, reschedule, or refund as required by applicable law. Bank, UPI, card, and payment gateway processing timelines are controlled by the relevant provider.

6. Confidentiality

All clinical information shared with DARC — including assessments, session notes, progress reports, and family circumstances — is treated as strictly confidential.

Information is shared only with the child's treating therapists and the registered parent or guardian, or where required by law. DARC does not share clinical data with third parties for commercial purposes.

7. Website Use

The content on darcglobal.com is provided for general information only. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional for advice about your child's specific needs.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content from this website without prior written permission from DARC.

DARC is not responsible for the content of any external websites linked from darcglobal.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DARC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or our services.

DARC's total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits DARC's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

10. Changes to These Terms

DARC may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
